Andrea Boito Architecture is a spatial design practice based in London and Milan, with a growing portfolio across the UK, Italy, and France. We work across urbanism, architecture, interiors, and product design, creating spaces that are beautiful, sustainable, and enduring.

Our philosophy is rooted in Vitruvius’ timeless principles—Utility, Durability, and Beauty—reinterpreted for today’s world. Every project is guided by light, proportion, natural materials, and a respect for the environment. The result is architecture that feels calm, timeless, and deeply connected to nature.

We believe great design is a journey to be shared. That’s why we involve our clients at every step, combining hand sketches, physical models, 2D & 3D tools, and AI technologies to explore ideas and bring them to life.

From private homes and listed buildings to workspaces, cultural landmarks, and product design, we offer a different approach to architecture—one that unites people, place, and nature in meaningful harmony.

Andrea founded Andrea Boito Architecture, after completing many complex residential, education and retail projects, working for British and Italian award-winning practices.

He is visiting professor at the University of Padua in Italy and at the University of Yaoundé in Cameroon. In December 2021 he was awarded a Research Grant by the University of Padua. He is focusing on the structuralist movement and its relevance to the architectural language of low carbon architecture and the circular economy, particularly timber frames and design for disassembly.

With Sir Michael Hopkins, he delivered the RIBA National Award winning music school for King's College School in Wimbledon, a highly crafted building where he achieved exceptional quality of detailing by working closely on site with the contractor.

At Renzo Piano Building Workshop, he worked on the former Falck steel factory site in Milan.

Other projects include residential schemes in India, an exhibition hall for Padua University astrophysical observatory, a large office refurbishment in Milan, a mixed-use tower in Mongolia and retail projects for Apple in Milan, Rome and Florence.

He moved to the UK in 2011. He graduated in Architecture from Milan Polytechnic University having previously completed a degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Padua. He also holds a PhD from the University of Bologna, with a thesis on social housing and urban densification in Milan, London and São Paulo.
